Schedule
There are at least 2 training opportunities per week available for each member. It is desirable to train on regular evenings, however this is not necessary. It is appreciated to let the trainers know if you are unable to attend a certain training.
Monday
17:30 – 18:30 Youth – starters class (up to 11 years)
18:30 -19:45 Youth – experienced class (9-14 years)
20:00 – 21:00 Introduction course adults (13 years and older)
Tuesday
18:30 -19:30 Introduction course youth (7-12 years)
19:30 – 20:30 Youth – competition training
20:30 – 22:30 Adults – general training
Thursday
18:30 – 19:30 Youth – starters class (up to 11 years)
19:30 – 20:30 Youth – experienced class (9-14 years)
20:30 – 22:30 Adults – general training
